Our philosophy : Inspire Explore Learn
We strive to raise young children as future talents who can learn, think, solve problems, be willing to share and cooporate. We support children in their emotional, social and learning environment, so they will grow as competent, confident life-long learners and communicators. This quality preschool education prepares children for school by providing them skills and tools to be successful in their futur academic pursuits. Our aim is also to develop their life skills so as to be confortable with themselves and others.
Pedagogical implementation
Facilitated by caring adults, our workshops revolve around four areas:
– Fostering communication with peers and with adults.
– Impulse an opening on the world and on art, by developing interculturality and by nourishing the curiosity of the children.
– To make children aware of nature and respect for the environment, by developing activities based on natural or recycled elements.
– To take into account the individual rhythm of each child and to initiate them to relaxation.
For the youngest children, the professionals organize daily activities around sensory and motor awakening, according to the child’s stage of development.
Evaluation of progress
To follow the progress made, we observe each child, we use a reference of skills and we adapt our proposals
Free access to play spaces
Each child will also build his or her own sense of independance, while finding a place within the group when he/she plays in free access spaces. « Free access » gives children the opportunity to choose the games they want to play, giving them freedom of movement within their life space. Our spaces are imagine in advance by our pedagogical teams, in terms of how they are set up and the choice of games proposed. Children enjoy their playtime, which also encourages neuron and synapsis growth
« Free access » lets children learn at their own pace and according to their own abilities. It is important for us to respect their exploration path, which may be different from what an adult would imagine. « Free access » supports their independance and fosters self-confidence
The accompaniment of babies requires a particularly suitable portage, and a physical and verbal record. The professional attachment created by the teams allows the emotional safety of the child at the nursery. The sound, luminous and human atmosphere is worked as a team to create a serene, coherent and safe environment.
